You don't have the connector that I mentioned before, so there is no line, no way it can be a problem and there's nothing to check with it.

Next time you get a cut-out, look at whatever you have on your handlebars that tells you the battery charge state. If the lights go out at the time of cut-out, it's a battery issue or battery connection. If they stay on uninterrupted, then the problem is somewhere else. That's the first thing you need to determine to get to the cause of your problem.
Ok thanks

Panasonic and Sanyo are one but the same, Sanyo sold the business to Panny and are now owned by Panasonic but sell the same cells under two different names. Sanyo are made in Japan and the Panny in Japan or China, the Sanyo GA cell and the Panny GA cell are identical barring the cell wrap and brand name. In ageing cycle testing Samsung has proven to be slightly better then Panny/Sanyo the market leader is LG MJ1 but cost may be dearer. The life cycle ageing will be little in it for the end user to notice.

Approx. after 700 full cycles;
Sanyo/Panny GA 83% capacity, Sam 35E 87% & LG MJ1 92%.

Ok, good brands either way. What about distance per charge?

What are your thoughts on OEM batteries?
