Pinnacle Gravel bike conversion

Hi, i'm a new member to these forums.

I am a capable cyclist and a capable bicycle tinkerer.

I have a Pinnacle Arkose gravel bike and I would like to do an e-bike conversion.

I am toying with the Yose rear wheel kit, or a Tongsheng TZDZ2 crank drive.

Would the Tongsheng TZDZ2 fit this bike?

I am aware of the clearance issue and that the cable guide my need to be filed down or removed completely. My concern is the shape of the down tube.

the shape of the downtube is OK. There is plenty of space to fit a downtube battery.

you can fit the TSDZ2 but you have to do a bit more DIY than usual.

1. remove the cable guide
2. remove the front derailleur and front gear shifter
3. reroute the rear brake hose
4. make a replacement anti rotation tie, the hole where the derailleur cables go through at the moment is too small to fit the supplied anti rotation tie.

If you want to buy the TSDZ2 kit from me, I can help you make the replacement tie. Let me know. It's currently in stock.

Thanks Woosh. I've been looking at your website quite a bit over the past few days.

If the hole it too small where the rotation tie goes through, would there also be room to route the electric cables?

I am prepared for the rear brake cable and rear derailure cables to come of of the down tube, and be cable tied to the outside of the down tube.
