Pimp my bike !!

Iv'e just been down to Cambridge and picked up a Woosh Sirocco. they had one that had been used by a magazine for review purposes, apart from a bit of dirt on the tyres it's like new and I got a bit of discount so i'm well happy.
I'm pleased they come without any decals or stickers as I have a vinyl cutter and plan to put my own on, I was thinking of making some "JAGUAR E-bike" ones and putting them on, I don't know if i'd be breaking any laws if I copied the jaguar car logo.
Any thoughts or other ideas would be welcome.
Got to go now, the battery is saying full, i'm off for a ride

i think you might be in danger of being sued by whoosh if you put a jaguar logo on, i mean reliability has never been bad on the whoosh bikes afaik

seriously though, you'd be breaking copyright law, but the worst you'd get is told to remove it, and until jaguar move into the e-bike business, i'd say this is unlikely....

The Woosh logo looks to be a puppy dog of some sort . My brother has black Woosh and he has to explain what it is to interested bystanders . Perhaps they issue them to Special Forces and and only under torture would you blurt out Woosh .

Think you will be safe doing that. Personally i would also go one step further and have the chrome pouncing jaguar on the front mudguard

It's on the to do list, just need to get some chrome vinyl, though I may put one either side of the crossbar. I'll try and post pics when it's "pimped"

Must say i'm well impressed with the bike, I had a quick 6 mile spin on it earlier and got home without panting, normally I get out of breath putting my socks on !!

You've made me wish I'd pimped my refurbished Claud Butler. It looks great with proper graphics n all, but now I can't help thinking - boring!!

Jaguar's registered brand name is all upper case, an ordinary lower case name in common usage cannot be registered. Just use lower case letters and not use their "leaping jaguar" graphic and they cannot object.

I've made a start on the "pimping" and have put a pic in the members gallery, I'm sorry but I don't know how to put a link to the photo but it's in there if anyone wants a look.
It's not finished yet i'm undecided what else to put on it.
