Pesu battery cell replacement

Hi ,I dismantled my pesu monster battery but the pictures I took are not very descriptive ,consequently I am having problems working out how to replace the cells correctly, any help appreciated, thanks9

Replace all of them and not just a few , if you don't know what you are doing then best to buy a new complete battery.

I agree with Neal. At this stage it's best to replace all of them. If any of the present ones are OK, buy a load of power bank cases on Ebay and stick the cells in them, then you can give them out as Xmas presents.

Thanks for the advice ,it was well early when I looked at the photos this morning, I dismantled the battery a couple of moths back,I can see I took pics of the batteries in situe so I should be able to work backwards and refit the bms,I must have been half asleep not to notice that this morning ,strange., all those batteries were dead ,one or two of them had completely broken down not nice!
