Hi folks,

I'm currently setting up a dedicated app for the forum which will be accessible via your smartphone/tablet.

Can I ask how many members view the site on their mobile phones or tablets?

- Which mobile O/S do you use ? (Android/Apple/Windows)
- Do you use a mobile browser or a dedicated app such as Tapatalk

Android/mobile browser....

Oooh...a new App.....

I will be sure to upgrade very soon to a Samsung Galaxy S4 with bigger screen to view the App better.... ( any excuse to get a new phone lol ) ;)

Android Tapatalk - no adverts, which won't help you. I can't believe that your ap will be better than Tapatalk, except hopefully it'll be £2.99 cheaper.

Android browser, considering taptalk, but would be interested in a dedicated app from pedelecs.

Winphone 7.5 here, via browser, not recommended ! :-(
this tapatalk sounds interesting though.
Cheers, Mikey

I tried it on my Android phone but the display is too small and trying to navigate is a nightmare using a normal browser.

I am too cheap to buy Tapatalk :p

Tapatalk and not likely to use dedicated app as use for quite a few forums and find it convenient to have them all in one place ( ie would not be very happy to loose Tapatalk access)

Just to clarify, I'm not developing an app from scratch!

There will be two apps available, the first will be a custom version of the Tapatalk app. The main advantage is it will be free (currently you have to pay for it).

There is also an app available from vBulletin Mobile Suite which I'll also release after the Tapatalk version.
