My bike has been stuck at my holiday home through lock down. I got it out at the weekend to find the pedals stuck. It’s a Marin Stinson with a GSM mid drive conversion. I’m going to try and remove everything today. Is there anything specific I should look for? The motor is fine and turns the Chain with the throttle, just the pedals that won’t budge! Thanks

Just to clarify, do you mean the pedals won't rotate about their axis on the crank, or the crank won't rotate.

Sorry I should have been more specific, the crank won’t rotate, the pedals themselves will rotate. Thanks

What type of tool would I need to undo this nut? There are 4 little indentations.37517

you may have to make your own.
Jim @ woosh cuts a steel tube with a hacksaw to make two prongs.
Alternatively, use a pair of thin long nose pliers.
