Pedal assist lag/speed wrong

So I've finally put the new controller in my carrera and I have a problem, the pedal assist takes forever and a day to kick in, then keeps going for a rather long time after. Any fix for this? Also the Speedo is completely wrong, 60mph!? It's quick but not that quick lol

Might be worth Googling the controller manufacturer and model number, to see if it's possible to reprogram it with some sort of programming cable.

Don't think it is, however there are lots of parameters on the LCD ill have a play with

Sensitivity settings sorted the Pas and I've used an offset setting for the speed. Don't know if its accurate but it shows bike like speed now lol
