All sorted now, bit of improvisation on the washers, just cant get narrow m12 washers from anywhere for the outer part of fork, even ebay. Ended up ordering spring washers as they are not as wide. Took it out and its such a better ride over the revolver. The revolver has such a high crank off the ground that I had to jump off seat everytime I stopped.
What do I do with this old revolver bike now, I wonder if anyone would buy an electric bike on ebay without the electrics, lol.
