Oxygen Emate City / Replacement Pedelec Magnetic disc

Unfortunately my magnetic disc that activates my pedalec assist has taken a knock and broken into a number of pieces.

Could anyone recommend a good contact / somewhere to get a quick replacement.

It appears to have 5 magnets and looks to have the letters SM and A on the disc. This is a 2011 Oxygen with I would think generic Chinese electrics.

I have ordered a cheap one I saw on Amazon but that looks like it is coming from China and may take quite a while, so somewhere quicker would be good.

I might try Oxygen direct tomorrow after work.

It looks a pretty standard bit, hopefully!

I would contact Oxygen. Whenever I've had a query, they've been very helpful.

Hi Kangooroo,

Oxygen turned up trumps and after getting me to send them the above pictures had a rummage and found the last one they had in a box that I have duly bought and should be on its way to me.

By the way how are you getting on with the replacement battery you bought for your Emate of ebay.

Glad Oxygen were able to help. I thought they would if they could.

My replacement battery seems as good as the original. I was a little wary when I bought it but needn't have worried and I would happily buy another in the future.
