My odo seems to have a mind of its own. Can anyone explain? It's the big LCD.

I did some riding around for testing, then did a 14 mile ride. The odo showed 30km - plausible. I'd have expected about 27km.

I did a ride of about 10 to 15 miles. Odo showed 60km - suspiciously high, but just about plausible. I'd have expected about 46km.

Today I did a 22 mile ride. Odo showed 74km - not plausible compared with previous reading, but plausible overall. I'd have expected about 81km.

I switched the bike off and on again without moving the bike. Odo shows 54km. I tried pressing the "i" button, but every time it comes back to "odo", it shows 54km.

It's oddo!

This has happened to me with TSDZ2 . In my case, the VLCD show 99 Km/hr for a very short while and the Km clock up quickly as if I was doing hundreds of Km/hr.
I think in my case, the wheel magnet alignment is the problem. I specifically bought the mid drive so I could take off the two wheels and stuff the bike in the car. The problem for me is that sometimes when I fit the rear wheel, the magnet seems to go slight out of adjustment as the wheel takes a slightly different position. I think there is a slight curve in the rear axle which causes this(older hud/freewheel).

I solved this problem by not installing speed sensor :)

Funnily enough ODO is showing something I think... will check it tomorrow.
