Nuvinci Harmony N360, interface probleem

Hi,
Kalkhoff Sahel with Nuvinci Harmony N360
Now 3 years old and 12000KM. Now for the 2nd time interface defect .. Often reset and after a time nothing. First time warranty
No garatie> new makes about 200 euros.
Repair is posible? I want this part makes open and repair? Does anyone have experience?
Can also repair a mechanical cable?
Suggestions welcome!
Where can I buy a mechanical set? What is the cost?
