Can anyone recommend a firm who can re-cell my Yamaha PAS' Ni-Mh battery pack for a not too outrageous price?

The lack of high discharge rate D cells at sensible prices has meant the demise of all the recelling companies I once knew Mike, though I think your model may not use D cells. Try these Yamaha spares people to see what they can offer in the battery line:
