Newbie question

Hi all, just bought my Wife a Pendleton e-bike from Halfords. Removed the battery to charge and it has not moved from 20% and been on charge for 10 hours. Is it normal for (guessing a 1st charge) it to take this long?

nope take it back 3-4hrs max

At 20% charge it should take about half the time of the ah rating so 8ah approx. 4 hrs max with a 2a charger, 10ah approx. 5hrs etc,etc.

Thanks everyone, thankfully sorted and nothing more serious than needing the bike manual so we knew what the expected behaviour is of the battery lights indicators.
