Hi all, just bought my first ebike and absolutely loving it - a Carrera Crossfire. (I’ve got a recent medical issue so can’t ride my racing or mountain bike any longer).
A quick question if I may.. I can’t find a screen protector for the display - i got one from amazon but it’s too small so I’m assuming Suntour do two types of display. Does anyone know of a screen protector for the Crossfire?

Many thanks.

I cannot answer your question directly, but assuming you want it to be water tight, there is that thin see thru kitchen stuff called cling wrap, which might help you, till you get the right part - just in case, so to say!
18 months ago I got caught out in a major "cats and dog" rain, and it got into the display.
So I carefully cracked it open (it was full of tiny "water sized" holes where it was glued :mad:), dried it out, and re-glued it back together, making sure it was full sealed (it holds a vacuum now!), so now its not a problem, though my throttle still lets water in, so I take that cling wrap with me in my panniers for that!
Since then I have found that ebay has a silicone type sealant in small tubes, with a tiny nozzle, that also "glues" really well to anything that you have cleaned with Meths, for example!
And it has no problem with the heat of the sun either for example!
I repaired the tank of my "Water Pik" using it, after my wife had dropped it.
Regards
Andy
