OK so I've done over 800 trouble free miles on my cube reaction, I've sussed the range'O'meter and can expect the distance shown in Eco mode works out equal to my overall distance covered, I tend to save the power for strong headwinds and big hills using various power settings.

Anywho back to my question
Dose this sound familiar to anyone :(
Over two days riding I squeezed 76 miles out of one charge with 6 miles still showing in Eco.
I charged up last night and set out again this morning, straight off the display shows a full battery & a range of only 24 miles in Eco (I'm expecting 80) All other functions work while riding but the range'o'meter display actually increases, I ride as normal for 26 miles.
Now I'm back home my display says I have 39 miles left (Eco mode) and 3 of the 5 battery bars still lit.

I'm hoping this is a one off and not the start of a faulty display.

PS I reset the trip after each full charge ;)

I can't help on the figures, all I know is that it varies a lot depending on what the bike has done beforehand.

I've ridden my bike in Eco and it is more or less the same as my heavy ish racer on speed with my non speed restricted ebike.

Impressive range that's for sure, impossible to get anywhere near that up here. What's your average speed like on these eco runs?

There's not many flat bits around here despite what you might think ! Saving the juice by changing down on the hills (1st or 2nd gear) before I turn the power on and then only just what is needed (rather than whacking it on full power ) even then my average is 12 MPH
If I'm feeling like a bit more speed I'll use more juice and average 14/15 MPH but pay for it with a reduced range of around 45 miles
It's another story when I fit my knobblys and venture up the woods ;)

OK so I popped out today to use a bit more juice and see how things were.
To start the display still showed 39 miles (Eco) from yesterday, during my 20 mile ride is slowly decreased like normal, down to 18 miles left and 2 battery bars.
Things seam fine now so I've now given it a full charge ready for my next outing,
fingers crossed. ;)
