New Site

Did'nt have to pay a penny to join this site and the info and feedback has been great, so thanks for the great looking new site and the time and effort put into it.

Very good points Victor, there are couple of minor niggles, but it is less than 24 hours since launch and I am coming round to new fresh look and extra toys.

And the improvement is ...?

While it appears mainly cosmetic, there are some important changes at the back-end that for me make the site as a whole a lot easier to update. The old site front-end which you can still access and cringe over (until I switch it off!) was a pig to update.

I can publish news and articles to my heart's content, but it's the members posts that make the site what it is.

This new version allows us to bring together all the content and make it easily accessible from wherever you are on the site.

would agree with that i can see functionality changes and it appears VB have done not a bad job of it, its easier to follow posts etc and the design you put on top works well, is clean and looks more modern

Russ, I'm getting some broken links when upload photo's to the members gallery. The uploads seem to work but the redirection link that take you back to see the gallery is broken. Happens in Opera and also MSE.

Also, when in the Gallery and you click on + Larger Picture the adverts overlay on the picture:
