I have seen this A2B bike in a local shop in Portland, OR. While it appears to be a quality piece, it is VERY heavy. I can't imagine peddling this very far without assist. If a scooter is a 1 and an un-powered bike is a 10, this A2B is a 2 or 3 (very scooter-like). This may be a good option for some folks, but I'll stick with my Kalkhoff ProConnect.

I must admit I don't really like the 'kinks' in the frame.
I certainly didn't, but on reflection it may be for comfort reasons. Many experienced cyclists dislike the rigidity and discomfort of straight tube alloy frames, the earlier steel ones were much better in this respect. Maybe avoiding straight tubes on the crucial crossbar and seat tube makes for more "give" and comfort.

It would be good to ride one and find out.
