I have also found that most e bikes are not the best looking and find that they seem to have been designed for people over 70. Here are some pictures of bikes that have been sent to me over the months and posting just to see what you think.

The silver bike is been worked on at the moment with disc brakes to front and maybe rear but also looking at drum brakes on rear as factory say this is possible but i can see problems arising later on down the line when pads need changing.

The second image no 24 is another idea i was working with but still unsure but think it could sell as city bike ?

I do have two bikes on there way now and should be here very shortly so will post pictures when they arrive just to see what your thoughts are.
:D :D

I like the look of the silver bike (first picture). Presumably it will come in various frame sizes?? What's the frame made of? What type of battery and AH, voltage etc? Motor size and type? What's the total weight of the bike? etc etc Some technical spec would be interesting...

Which manufacturer produces the motor? Also, where does the conroller live and is it a pedelec with automatic assistance and a throttle which overrides it?

very nice design, especially the rack on the second one and general design of the first one, there should be lots of them available

The motor is made by a company called Bafang or Tongxin

Controller - Dapu or Anlaida

Throttle - Wuxing

Any comments ?

I thought that was the motor, the 8fun model possibly, as used in the eZee Quando and the previous eZee Torq. If so, it's powerful, but it can cause serious cutting out problems on lithium batteries which have yet to be fully solved. It will be essential that you test this aspect by hard climbing usage in hilly territory over a number of charges to demonstrate it's ok, or you could face many claims of battery failures.

I have 2 samples of each bike so might be a good idea to loan one to someone off this message board so they can test it and pass on there views so i can make sure bike is 100 % before making big commitment to shipping container load over.

Is there anyone in the West Yorkshire area or near that would be up for testing the new bike and giving me some feed back so that I can make adjustments before production.

I live just near Scunthorpe and would be happy to try out the bike (preferably a diamond frame one) and give you my findings in the form of a written report, if you wish. I should be getting my Kalkhoff Agattu in about a week, so it might be useful to you (and me!) to have a comparison? By all means let me know if you'd like me to be a test pilot.
