The Chinese use both Black & Yellow for Gnd, when both are used for wire colour then Yellow is the signal. Likewise Red & Brown are used for 5v.
In your case follow the wiring order vfr has stated, the Yellow & Green are signal wires.
Non KT Pas wiring will be and can be in any order so before connecting anything up one has to verify the sensor correct wire order by knowing which is Gnd, 5v & signal.

Thank you. I didn’t want to go cutting wires and matching things up until I had an idea of what dies what. None of these things come with wiring diagrams of course.

You don't need to cut anything. just swap the pins over. The female ones are easiest to get out because the barbs are exposed. Push the barbs down with a paperclip or something like that while you pull gently on the wire.

got it.
black brown is 4.23
black yellow nothing when rotating. so, bad PAS? no pulse?
