Hi,

I asked this same question on the Woosh clinic page but I guess a lot of people don't read that. At present I've got a Woosh Zephry B but after 3 years the batteries not what it was and I'm told it only possible to replace it with another 10 amp. I'd like to travel a lot further now so my thought was, perhaps another bike.

Whoosh do the Krieger which comes with a choice of three batteries up to 17amp, but this bike has a crank drive which I'm told is Chinese, but good. My question is, would I notice a lot of difference between the crank drive and the rear wheel drive of the Zephyr?

Thanks for any help or suggestions.

Peter.

There is a difference but would that be a problem? You need to be in the right gear and cadence is more important. I am about to have both crank and hub at my disposal but in two completely different machines. I have a tendency to use the gears on hub bikes as well which probably explains the range I was getting.
