Hi just sold my haibike xduro full seven but now looking at the haibike xduro all mountain rc 2015 at a reduced price or the new scott e genius 720 plus but this wont be available till feb 2016 do you think its worth waiting for

Unless you never ride more than 25 miles, the main spec difference is the bigger 500wh battery on the Scott.

The Scott also has the new CX motor, which is said to have a bit more poke than the Performance motor on the Haibike.

To me, that's less of a benefit.

The Performance has more torque than the standard motor, and enough torque for most riders.

The Haibike has an extra pivot on the chain stay, near the rear axle.

That is said to be a superior design, something to do with there being less pedal 'wind up' of the rear end.

I suspect only keen, full-on mountain bikers would notice the difference.

What made you choose the haibibke over the scott?
The wait or other factors ?
I was looking at the 710 plus too, looks a awesome bit of kit.
