Need some help looking for the fastest ebike to buy!

I often can see 35 - 45mph down hill on my ebikes. Starting with some input, gravity soon takes over to maintain a good speed. I wouldn't do this without hdb's though, but as usual rider needs to aware of conditions and there ability to stop in a safe manner.

I am looking at the hydraulic conversion kit for my Sturmey Archer drum brakes. In any case I am seated as far forward as the seat will go (better for cornering) and haven't yet lifted the rear wheel. In reality this thing is so damned fast down hill that I chicken out early...
