its well over priced you can get hub motors for 100 quid and a batt for about 200 quid.

the rest of the bike is not worth 600 quid, you will take a massive hit if you wanted to sell it on.
My normal pedal bike is an old pioneer.
Can I get a hub motor to go on that.
If I give the parts to a bike shop will they put it on for me ?

mm I did reply already but it's vanished.

I currently ride an old pioneer. Is it possible to add a motor onto it if I give it to a cycle shop ?

There are shops that will mount kits. They will be best placed to tell you if your bike is suitable or not. There are members on the forum who mount kits too, if you were in the SW of France I would do it for the price of a good meal.

Hub motors tend to fit all bikes. The gap between the axel mounts is normaly standard size.

No, my French side is showing, food is an important part of life here. In general when someone (demoiselle en détresse) needs something done and it takes you a little bit of time they invite you to lunch after to say "Thanks!"
