The biggest difference is that while the Bosch immediately reduces power with .... Themotor turns and screen looks fine but nothing comes out of it. .... If this doesn't work, it could be a bent derailleur hanger, worn cogs and/or

Remove , clean the rear contacts with a dry cloth and replace the display making sure it's fully located.
Do the same with the battery.
Check that you haven't snagged one of the cables leading to the display holder.
Remove the chain off the front chainring if your derailleur is bent and press and hold the walker button to see if the motor is functioning...If it's still not working after checking all of the obvious, return to your dealer for diagnosis.

If moisture was causing the problem it may have dried overnight.

Leave the bike somewhere warm today if you are not using it.

Hi Les,

I'm sure it wasn't funny for you at the time, but a nice video all the same.

Hopefully it was just a moisture problem and all will be well now, most modern electric bikes are pretty weatherproof, but none are 100% waterproof.

As usual, good advice from the guys on the forum.

I'll bet there was a bridge you could have used but where's the fun in that!
If only we had a personal re-wind button.
Good try and thanks for sharing your misfortune.:)
