Take it to someone who knows what they are doing before someone gets hurt or worse. It is clear from all of your posts that you have no idea what you are doing, some have tried to help and offered advice but your replies indicate a total lack of knowledge and frankly it is getting dangerous.

Wtf are you on about no one has replied to my last post. Just because some of you know about electric bikes. Don't mean we all do. I thought this site was to help on electric bikes. I don't like your attitude you should learn to show some respect. BTW if you don't like my posts don't reply simple

I am actually trying to help, you are going to hurt yourself or burn your house down. It is not a matter of respect just knowing when someone is totally out of their depth. Not understanding how to wire the fuse in on your other thread is beyond comprehension for what you are trying to do.

The fuse is not a problem as I was told how to wire it by d8veh it's a 5a fuse but kept blowing but like I said that's not my problem as battery has its own fuse

I was more concerned about what I said about the charger flashing green but imagine it's because battery can't be charged no more but it's normally on solid green when it's charged
I apologies if you feel I am a danger to you and others but I'm not totally ignorant of electrics

Chris is trying to protect you. Lithium batteries are dangerous if you do the wrong thing. I have been busy so not responded to you. Give the bike a good ride, but stay close ish to home in case the battery does stop.
Then charge it and do it again.
If you get better than 25 miles range both times then you should be happy.
Any more detailed help then D8veh when he's available or someone else near to you when they are free.

Just had a look at one of your other posts about batteries and it is clear the fuse was wired into the charge side not the discharge side. You are running a 24volt bike though a 5A fuse so you must only have a 120 watt bike!
BTW I don't know all about electric bikes, I know a lot about bikes and enough more than enough about electricity to understand when things are just wrong.

Some batteries have no fuses, some have a charge and discharge fuse, some have just a charge fuse and some only a discharge one.

You only benefit from a charge fuse if there isn't one already in the charger.

A discharge fuse is a bit of a waste of time because it has to be such a high value that the wires will melt before the fuse blows and the discharge from the BMS is protected in the case of a dead short.

Some people like to err on the side of safety: They won't go outside in a thunderstorm in case they get struck by lightning. Other people won't fly on an aeroplane in case it crashes. It's a personal choice.

The only thing OP doesn't understand at present is the flashing green LED on the charger, which might mean everything is normal. That problem (if you call it a problem) is completely independent of fuses.

As far as I can see, he's done everything correctly and is now enjoying the fruits of his labour, and he's learnt something along the way. We all had to start somewhere.

Thank you all here for your help. I do apologies to chris_n but like d8veh said we all have to start somewhere. Also I did wire the fuse up fine 1 wire to positive of battery other to positive of discharge. But obviously it needed a higher fuse 25a but I didn't realise that as other batteries just had a 5a fuse. But I have not bothered to wire up fuse now as like you said d8veh the battery has bms

I didn't want to mess about resoldering wires again as used heat shrink on them

Regarding flashing green battery light I just assumed it means battery can't take no more charge. But it's working fine as went 7 miles other day put it on charge got red light as expected 3 hours later got solid green so it's working fine

I have learnt loads here. So once again many thanks to you all
