Thanks trex, but that's not quite what I had in mind.
Is the £1,233 price tag, not just for the Frame!, had my current Rohloff SpeedHub specific custom made Titanium Frame made in Xian Provence China for £350! in fact they also made my Ti Forks and Ti ISIS CrankSet for peanuts, that was back in 2004.
Funnily enough, I have run my Rohloff SpeedHub with both types of frame, EBB and Sliding Drop-Outs, and on balance EBB is the best of the two.
Using the Rohloff Chain Tension Device on the Cube, will be a mega compromise for me, but not as much a compromise as using the Deraillure gearing that comes with the bike.
An of the shelf bike that has my interest is the "Haibike Eq Xduro Rohloff 26" nice looking HardTail with Bosch Motor, it could be a contender at around £3k not sure what Motor it uses, hopefully the Bosch CX.
