Help! My pedal assist bike the screen off 790 is flashing with L-h one off the bar and then the mode start flashing from low med and high

One needs to say under what circumstances the fault occurred.

The threee LED's means there is conflict between controller and display , reason's'
can be many.
Could be a 5v fault on the 5v rail , 5v rail supplies power to PAS sensor , throttle , brakes and motor Hall's.
Wire fault .
Moisture ingress.

What does that mean sorry I’ve bought the bike off a friend and it working all fine until today could tell me what I can do to fix it or what does it mean

Faults don't often occur on their own wthout an event occurring.
Did you leave it out in the rain ?
Did it fall over or you fell off ?
Did the chain fall off ?

The chain fell off the other day I put back on and when I took it to work it was under shelter put some rain drops was on it and I’ve not fallen off it

Yes I got home with out no problem I put in my garage and took the battery of it to put on charge and then I tried to go back out on it like 1 hour ago and it just started doing that

The bikes electrical system needs testing to try and find the fault , it is possible that a controller short has occured.

Sometimes those LED displays can suffer moisture ingrees causing a PCB short within .

One needs a digital voltmeter for testing cost is about £10.
Also we need to see which type of controller connectors are used, the controller ali bo x is located in the compartment at the front of the battery.

And what do I do after I get it tested and stuff does this see if there problem with the controller

The flashing sequence indicates the error code. Can you please explain in actual English what the flashing sequence is when you switch it on. If English isn't your language, can you get a friend to write it down?

In the meantime, follow the wires that come out of the brake levers until you come to their connectors. Disconnect them and see if that fixes it.
