The ride with new road tyres and Rock Shox is so much better than the Zoom forks and old tyres. It is so much quicker also with new tyres pulls like a train now. I am 6ft 4" and 19-20 stone and it pulls amazing for 250W.

I can sit at 20mph with just throttle and pedal easy upto 25 without going mad.

Just need to fit my torque bar someone messaged me and has solved my issue i couldnt work out how it fitted.

But for £375 kit its a flyer.

Sounds good! I was looking at the 500w rear hub kit but if you're getting that kind of performance from the 250w I might have a rethink, how does the battery perform? Did you get the kit from ebay? Av noticed a price increase the last week, 250 kit is now £420?

Tabs there is no need to go illegal. A legal kit can make you one of the faster cyclists on the road.
Even limited it helps you accelerate away from lights and up hills leaving you with more spare umph to cruse n the flat and fly down hills.
So much so I would say any bike needs disk brakes.
Min is fully restricted. 25kph and 16amps max and I still average over 26kph even with traffic and stops.

That's pretty impressive! I like the look of the 250w better than the 500w cause it's more stealth and that's what am looking for but a wee bit of me keeps thinking I should get the bigger one,am guessing that the 500w will eat up the battery faster and wouldn't get the figures that you are getting?

also just noticed that the 250w motor is geared and 500w is direct drive, even more confusing choice.

Geared is good direct drive can be a disaster on hills etc.
My battery range is exceptional. It's a recumbent and has special performance.
I have a BBS01 woosh sell for about eBay price but with support.
Most people get around 3 miles per amp hour of battery.
On higher powered/unrestricted bikes expect the miles per watt to tumble fast.
Some people with dongled bikes can get as little as 1 mile per amp hour.( mostly mountain bikes though)
