My favourite yellow wellies are less than the sale prices even at full price!

Phew!! sanity check.. wellies are still a tenner (plus change) @ screwfix!!
What?!?!? I paid Aldi £16 for partly neoprene fur lined half length rubbery wellies two days ago! I was robbed!!! But my feet may be warmer and dryer cycling this winter. Especially after I install the electric foot heating pads I bought from AliExpress a couple of weeks ago.

Don't forget the Odor-Eaters spray.... ;)
My nose has keenly observed that my feet become whiffier as they become slimier. In theory, heating pad warmed air and moisture will be circulated and progressively expelled from the boots by the act of pedalling. Until there's a short. Of course heating may turn out to be inadequate to keep my feet from accumulating stinky slime, in which case I can consider doubling up foot heating pads. Haven't decided if I'll connect the heating elements to a power bank, or to my ebike battery via a voltage converter under the handlebar and double blade fuses. To save soldering will try the former, to start with at least, although 12V power outlet under the handlebar or elsewhere I can connect to using waterproof connectors, could be useful for other things anyway, such as a beer fridge in summer etc.

I find it odd how muck boot is 100% waterproof, yet state the lining 'wicks away moisture'
Wicks it to where ?
I've yet to find any lined boot that doesnt end up damp inside after a days wear.
