mtb front mudguard options?

This mud guard looks like it is wrong size or some parts are missing.

This mud guard looks like it is wrong size or some parts are missing.

its the extra length from the axle as a result from securing the supports to the forks not taken up by sufficient bending.. Unlike other traditional mudguard designs the supports can not be pushed back, there is wheel clearance at the front although my poor photography dose not indicate it.
