yes it is I've let someone here it and they agree it bearing wasn't prepared to sort he just offered a new rear hub for £150 which he couldn't guarantee it would work. i sooner pay for it to be done properly i have no clue .

But you must be clearer in your description of what's happening and when.
If you hold the wheel off the ground and spin it by hand is there a noise?
If you ride it without power is there a noise?
Or is the noise only there when you ride with power applied?

You're answer still isn't clear. There might not be anything wrong with your motor. Let's try to make the question clearer. Is it rough when you ride it with the power switched off?
Motors can go very rough when there are problems outside of the motor. A damaged cable, a bad connection and a dodgy controller can make it feel like the bearings or internal gears have gone. Motors and their bearings are normally extremely reliable. If there are any problems, you have to think what caused it. No problems come by themselves. What happened just before you noticed the problem?
If you're happy to pay £150 for a new motor when maybe all you need is to press a connector together, good luck.

let's try again. when I ride the bike there's a lot of noise coming from the back wheel. even when I'm not using power still makes a noise
now when you put the bike on the center stand and then turn the throttle the back wheel still makes a noise. so I went to my local bike shop which informed me that it was a bearing problem but he doesn't deal with electric bikes. so all I'm asking if there is any were i can send the wheel to get it repaired as in Plymouth no one deals with e-bikes even though they sell them

Are you adept to repairing items or have a relative or friend/neighour who is ?
The bearing may be the motor or could be the gear cluster if fitted (which one assumes one is).
Can you remove the chain from the gear cluster and firstly rotate it (the gear cluster) by hand to rule out any roughness in the gear cluster, one can rotate it ACW and also hold it whilst rotating the wheel CW.
If it is the motor then it will need opening , often the culprit bearing is the one on the LHS/non drive side . A sealed bearing sits in the end of the motor casing and can be easily replaced with the motor dissasembled.
What would help the forum is a pic of the motor from the RHS /gear side to see what/which motor you have and the face plate access.

The AMK motor needs apsecial tool or a home made one to open it , the screw joint is invisible but is obscured by the cassette gears.
