Motor Still Spinning while on idle (PAS 0)

I'm not sure if this is related to my Jerky PAS issue (another thread) so I'm making another one.

After a ride, I noticed something is still engaging the hub motor even on idle or PAS 0.

Any leads are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Gear cluster pawls not releasing properly so not allowing gear cluster to freewheel properly or an issue at the chain wheel end. BB bearing and chain wheel also needs to be freewheeling. Remove the chain and the motor won't turn so then you have to look at the drive chain to see where the issue is.

Thumb throttle.
Tomorrow, I'll have my crank arm remove to check and clean on the PAS sensor. I'll start with this and see if it works

Don't waste your time until you tested with the throttle disconnected.

Don't waste your time until you tested with the throttle disconnected.

I tested with throttle disconnected, motor still spins while on idle. I noticed that walk mode isn't working, too.

Will try troubleshooting again today. Will report back. Thanks.
