Just to give you all an update, I have finally got my ezee hub and the ecrazyman controller to work. My problems were of my own making in that in my attempt to try different wires I managed to break my throttle so ordered one from ecrazyman and it all works fine. Tried it this afternoon and I managed 18.5mph (flat no pedalling) using a 2Ahr NiMH 40 cell pack (56v fully charged). It seems fast enough but not as much as I expected but maybe when I get a Lithium battery this will be better. Pulling about 18 amps max and 9 amps at full speed might be a bit much for the small NiMH's. Also got a max of 1000W out of the ezee hub - wow, and it's rated as 250W!

Does anyone know if the ecrazyman 72V controller will work with the ezee motor? Aaannndddyyy mentioned that the crystalite one wouldn't. In my quest for more speed I might try this but I suspect I will need a different hub.

The eZee motors need adequate battery capacity and the speed will probably increase quite a bit once you have one with at least 10 Ah. Even on 36 volts these motors can produce over 700 watts and need lots of current.
