Missing Keys

I have just bought a Pendleton Somerby electric bicycle, however I can’t seem to find the keys that is supposed to come with the bike to remove the battery for charging.
Has anyone experienced anything similar? Or can explain where in the box the keys might have been.

Keys are usually tied with a cord/tie to the handlebars or some obvious part of the bike frame. If you can't find your keys, you'd best call the shop and let them know.
