Where can I find the geometry chart for this bike?

You could ask the seller, Merlin Cycles ?

I did but they said the manufacture has not supplied them with a geometry chart. That does surprise me. Merlin is usually cutting edge but in this case they have really drop the ball. The problem is the bike manufacture offers this bike with flat handlebars or drop handlebars. So its hard to tell if your getting a gravel frame or raod frame geometry
