My new E-bike (an Mate.Bike S) is limited to 25 km an hour. In the specs it is supposed to run 32 km an hour. I would like this limit removed. Anyone with an advice please feel free to write.

By the company I am told that it should be possible to remove without a kit be course the bike a actualle made to that speed limit from the start.

I'd be surprised if any forum members have ever seen one of those bikes, let alone figured out how to derestrict one.

Do a forum search for derestriction using Google, try all the different methods, then come back and tell us what worked and what didn't.

I seen one in Edinburgh last week was quite surprised though!
