Mamil eater e-BMX bike

Hi Folks

Its been a bit quiet here lately , a controller problem on one of the e-trikes and the transportable trike undergoing a spray job , and some domestic chores to sort , a few months ago l picked up an old BMX that had seen better days and after a few possible scenarios we decided to use some of the redundant bits in the box .
After a change of forks , some flatter bars and a rear rack to hide the ex 20/20 e-trikes rear wheel we converted this old BMX into a mamil eater , the 24v Currie motor originally designed for a 16" wheel was fitted into a 20" rim for the e-trike and since has been reused and put to use in the rear of this little bmx .
The motor and 36v battery almost hidden from view under the rack and panniers it has turned this beast into a wolf in sheep's clothing currently fitted with a dual voltage controller but running a 36v LifePO4 battery
It brings a smile to your face .
What more can I say .

It has become the "envy" of some of the local lads

Top job Twinkle! Parts bin bikes are always loads of fun.

What did those forks come from? A folder?

Forks came from a Kids MTB and I rethreaded them to suit .
bars and stems came from a 24" DHR bike and the rack was hacked to fit the bike and battery .

12 hours and a few cable ties completed the transformation once the" swap the big bits" and "stretch the rear end " was done
