Help! Loss of throttle response lo26

Was OK with PAS and throttle, but now throttle response dies after about 20mins. Very slow to return with loss of power, then may suddenly go to full operation or not at all until stationary. Pulling away from rest usually OK again for similar period.
Accept will not function above speed setting.
Any advice please.
