Woosh sold a lot of them to commuters for short distance commute in the last 6-7 years. Bafang SWXH motor, 10AH battery, mudgards, rack, lights bell, all weather riding. Was on special offer last month at £599 but gone up to £659, still a bargain. For your height, you need a non-suspended seat post.

Forgot to give an update to this thread. I was going to buy the 905 classic from David for £800 but after being ready to buy for over a month and still waiting with two emails unanswered and last word from him 2 weeks+ ago I ran out of patience. I haven't told him yet but it has been weeks since he last contacted me so he will see here or whenever he decides to try and contact me again.

I ended up buying the Wiper 905se cross bar 2016 stealth from somewhere else. http://www.halfords.com/cycling/bikes/electric-bikes/wisper-905se-cross-bar-stealth-electric-bike

It is close enough to what I was after and I have since been paid so had a little more to spend. Thanks for help anyway guys.
