Probably best to post some photos of bike and battery, especially any labels on the battery and the electrical connections between battery and bike.

Pull it out and photograph it from the side and both ends to show all the connectors and other features. It'll be a standard battery that you can get quite easily, but there are small differences on some versions, so you need to get the right one.
