London Cycle Show 17-20 January
Excel Centre is (4) shows in (1) – Active Travel Show, Outdoors Show, Boat Show and Bike Show.
They say they have a test track, but that will be on the flat, however we will have test versions of all our latest bikes, including the ‘TOP’ hub drive and new crank drive bikes.
The ‘TOP’ (Torque Optimisation Program) is available exclusively on the new Kudos ‘Tornado’ and ‘Arriba’ models (patent under consideration), it absolutely transforms the slow speed – steep hill climbing ability of these models.
Also the new Kudos ‘Eiger’ crank drive bike will be the first of the new range of crank drive bikes out of China, of sufficient quality to realistically compare with the Bosch equipped German bikes. Anticipated price £1295.00.
Redbridge Cycling Event, 7 April (Sunday afternoon)
Our 2012 event was so well received that we intend to repeat for 2013. The LDA Redbridge track, with hog hill, fast straights and sweeping bends is just perfect to truly test e-bikes. All who attended this year said it was a very enjoyable afternoon.
All are welcome, whatever marque of e-bike you ride, as long as it’s legal!
Rutland Water, Hambleton Peninsula, 20 April (Saturday afternoon)
In conjunction with our local dealer, namely Fosse Electric Bikes of Beaumont Leys, we are offering the opportunity to try any of the Kudos e-bikes in the environment of the beautiful Rutland Reservoir.
We will be based at the Finch’s Arms Pub in Hambleton Village, there is a delightful bike ride around the Hambleton Peninsula within Rutland Water.
All are welcome, whatever marque of e-bike you ride. If you want to stay or have a meal at the Finch’s Arms, please book directly with them (01572 756575) – rooms are limited.
Further events to be planned
Ride along the seafront Whitstable to Herne Bay, date to be announced.
Bike Blenheim Place, 17-18 August.
Please note a change of emphasis on our marketing spend. Rather than blow the budget on one event such as the NEC Cycle Show (we won’t be attending this year, it is expensive and too early to exhibit our new bikes), we thought we would organise a series of road shows around the UK in beautiful locations to bring the bikes to our customers and make our meets more informal.
