I will do a separate review after the weekend hopefully. The wonderful people at ElectrifyingCycles Electric bike folding bike. Aka Dave and Dave's dad have been absolutely brilliant., patient (very!) and informative..... Big time. Also mad enough to drive all the way from Norfolk to Anglesey... And back. aid he'd be here at 4pm and timed it stupidly accurately at 4.03 pm. Now Dave's dad (aka fellow owner) is now driving all the way back again!

I rushed to take some photos as it is getting dark here .. So here are some photos and I will now be going to adjust and tweak stuff. Have to say it is a perfect fit and the small angle change thing of the stem just makes the reach so much more comfortable.. Without looking like silly Dutch person begging

thank you 'Electrifying Cycles' - have added a Brooks saddle now although the oriinal one was very comfy the Brooks has attachment for the Carradice roll bag thing. Having said that I am not sure how brave I will be this weekend so changeover again a possibility. Going to cycle to Caernarfon to watch the rugby this weekend and have a soft drink The Brooks is a bit shiny and I keep slipping off saddle at the moment. Maybe my bum is too big?!

Now need to persuade workplace to allocate a proper and safe place for staff bicycles as I probably will not be able carry the bike up twp flights of stairs.

Also hoping to do a reccie of the alternative route to work... Photos to follow on weekend....

Very excited happy bunny mode .. Did not realise the KTM / Bosch HMI unit had a "WALK" assistance option.... i may well get it up the stairs after all . 6 km/h max but you have to keep pressing the button all the time and will not go into 'cruise control' .. Pedalling cancels it or if you walk I guess faster than 6km/h...

next clever thing is that the drive hmi (cute ikkle speedo monitor thing) when removed means bike cannot start either... As a pedelec obviously... Need to make sure I never lose it in the pub! OR it can be screwed on additionally (underneath somehow) to avoid removal

Wow.. The drive hmi ikkle thing also has internal energy source (battery I guess ) so can be charged from battery OR even be charged via usb to a computer! Not sure yet if it will charge a computer t'other way round.

Key thing is good lock, sold secure gold for that value bike. We do a British made Squire lock if you need one. 10% off with an electric bike purchase. Happy cycling.

Note KTM screwed the cycle computer in place so you will need to remove this. Any questions let us know. Most important thing is to use a decent lock and ideally remove battery if possible.

I think I saw Leicester Tigers beat was it Australia or somebody in the 80s?? Lived right by their pitch and also next door to Filbert Street when I worked (doh.. mixing up Leicester days and Bristol days there with the jobs and teaching things).....was at Leicester Poly.. my drinking days! Also helped out a baby squad bloke who was in bad way. Waved to Gary Linekar and missus when they were in their horse cart thingy on way to getting married...had my first ever Indian there and my first ever chicken fried rice. my flatmate also showed me that the bulb I was planting was not a flower but a garlic bulb... Mad days......

Yp.. Tis a rugby pitch unfortunately. Noisy sods. Would have preferred it if it was football....

just tested the walk thing and flip 6km/h is faster than I thought!! I will get fit just following it .....!

Have fun putting it through its paces - not that you need any telling. I bet you'll love it. If you're anything like me you'll find the worst bit after you've got your first ebike is the torture of waiting for the battery to charge up before your first ride.

Have fun with it, wissy. Nice looking bike - looks perfect for you and all the preferences you laid out. Nothing quite like taking a new toy out of its box ! No doubt many happy miles ahead .

Really good locks essential & keep that chain cleaned and oiled once a week. You'll keep the bike running great for a long while if you can stick to it. You can't go wrong with one of these :

Thanks.. Which squire lock would you recommend? Trying to keep weight down though so looking for strong lock but lightweight... If there is such a thing? Does bike have / can have a bike lock attachment facility like the Kalkhoff I believe?

This is the lock Kalkhoff fix as a frame lock :

Axa Defender RL Frame Lock

It's only intended to put on when you're momentarily distracted, not when you're leaving the bike somewhere.

Which squire lock would you recommend?

I know you didn;t direct your question at me but will 2nd squire locks anyway, but more particularly this one :

Squire Closed Shackle Padlock 10mm dia. Shackle | Screwfix.com

Not especially lightweight but there's pretty much an inverse relationship between weight and function where security is concerned. Security specialist put me on to that one.

Really odd lock that squires link you gave.... Looks like a big padlock... BUT I cannot figure out how this works / attaches / etc. compared to a chain and padlock? How does it go round a street lamp or gate then???
