Kt-lcd3 display

Hi guy's could you tell me if ktlcd3 display will work with this controller . in the picture you will see my old display but won't to update it to the lcd3 I've tried to wire one up and blown it up thanks

KT LCD3 works with KT controllers. Even then you can have plug mismatches as I did.

I thought most LCD display were the same 5 wires just needed to swap the wires around to configure
with your controller .so I need a kt controller

Controllers and lcd's usually have to be matched (same make) as they use differing software/comms protocols, odd makes may work to a degree but you will not get all of the features to work it at all
Makers/ designers aren't that helpful and don't use a standard universal one fits all software programming for LCDs or controllers.

thanks for the reply guys Has I have knackered the display might just stick with the one I got with the controller for now . the kt-lcd3 still works but need to hold you finger on the power button as soon as you let go it goes off. Did a bit of research on the internet some saying that the microprocessor mighty blow
