In good condition, with one major modification:-
Shimano Alfine hub drive has been replaced with a
NuVinci 360 continuously variable drive - at a stroke removing the one major problem with the original bike, where changing gear on any sort of incline was a very frustrating experience.
The NuVinci hub has a wider range of gearing than the Alfine hub, is much stronger and changes well under load.
The original battery (26V 10Ah) is still good for about 20 miles of normal...
