I have not tried it but from the general innformation given by the company, it's a very good product with high tech NuVinci hub gear. The motor, controller and battery are all good.
The bike is striking in looks, a compact bike (it does not fold) and heavy (24kgs) because of the N360 but the weight is well distributed.
I thought you were offered two for the price of one, then it's excellent value for money.

yes i was offered 2 for 1300.00, but supplier is not a familiar name so worried about after care/support. Under another name, rather than joules micro.
would it be better than woosh gale with 13 amp battey? or the ebike very similar spec to woosh?

Joules have been around for a few years but your guarantee is with the vendor. If you don't buy directly from Joules then there is less certainty, you may need to clarify the terms of guarantee with the vendor. The electrical side is fairly standard, the bike can be fixed by most trade members of the forum. If you like the look of the bike then go for it, the risk is small.
When you get the bike, check the motor manufacturing date, it is usually printed just before the motor serial number. It will give you a pretty good idea when the bike was made and imported, hence the life expectancy of the battery and the likelihood of the vendor continuing support. More recent is better.

Can you test ride before buying? otherwise, you may have to take a chance on this - batteries can last 4 years if used regularly.
