& you were the one who disliked my post above about new posters not telling the full story!Which reminds me of this thread and the comments left.

Quite some time back and purley by chance, I found out more about this case, and what the OP neglected to state was that the bike was in a terrible state of maintenance, had been crashed, and that he had put a self tapping screw through the console, which made contact within.
People should be more careful before jumping in without first knowing the facts.
edit... As for having a dark side, would we really be human if we didn't.
Yep, it was an unnecessary comment which helped no one. The same as your latest as well.& you were the one who disliked my post above about new posters not telling the full story!
Absolutely bang on Wander!Mmm ...., not the first time we've had a relatively new member on here starting a thread about a 'problem trader' telling half or less of a story.
Sometimes I think that we get posters on here doing similar in an attempt to embarrass the trader concerned into acceding to their unreasonable demands.
Appears (on the facts we have) t'was true though!Yep, it was an unnecessary comment which helped no one. The same as your latest as well.
Sorry David its apparently a mistaken assumption on my part as I did not know all the facts.Hi Geome, are you referring to me?
Can I be of assistance?
All the best, David
No worries at all Geome.Sorry David its apparently a mistaken assumption on my part as I did not know all the facts.
Couldn't agree more! Thanks Mike, it really doesn't matter how much one tries to help, there are always people ready to put the boot in. It's too easy nowadays to wreck someones good name
....
What really hurts is there was nothing wrong with his original bike.
That's my pleasure Martin. We could tell this was going to be a tricky one when one of the most experienced and well informed pedelecers in the country told us there was nothing wrong with the bike. (Thanks D8veh)Amps have done such a first rate job of dealing with this situation, that this thread is the first time I've heard of any Issues at all with a bike that we have supplied to the OP. Thanks for looking after it David.
They lost two!!! And yes they are bloody massive in their boxes, massive!how the hell can they loose a bike? its bloody massive lol
Dunno about the e-bike industry but this is all too common with delivery companies.how the hell can they loose a bike? its bloody massive lol
