It's certainly feasible. but I guess it could be expensive compared with other systems.

Definitely practical with large diameter tubes as shown. The principle similar to the reinforced tubing used on large inflatable boats, but with higher pressure.

.. well one thing available on a working car is high pressure air . Those baby electric compressors can give 10 to 12 bar. It looks more like a design excercise than a feasible product. Kevlar is not cheap .
