I think you have to cut and weld your frame to fit those motors. There's these ones though that fit to a normal BB. I just ordered the 450w brushless one to see how it goes. Hopefully I can let you know in a few weeks, but it seems a bargain at £272 including shipping.

0.25 kW is just another way of saying 250 Watts. That's the old UK law that you've read, 200 Watts for bicycles, 250 Watts for tricycles. The EU law that we are subject to now is 250 Watts for both bicycles and tricycles.
