I put my BBSHD in a cheap chinese suspension frame, it went hilariously wrong.

Even a decent FS carbon frame will deflect with a BBSHD. They're just not designed to be strong enough to resist the massive force on the chain.

Time for a machine shop..ive ordered some alloy plate..see what I can do.

The pivot points flex or twist in the bearing mounts the triangle will strengthen with bracing but the force still has to pass through the bolts bearings etc to the frame mine only has half the torque of a bbs hd
The frame death toll one hard tail - one fat both alloy and cracked the chain stay bike two full sus frames
PS found my bits in a decathlon in France butt cannot get a new pivot bolt

Im strengthening the frame where the pivot connects, its actually very weak looking and the bit I expected to snap.
Im going to get a friend to knock up an old school swinging arm and put in a proper bearing.
I just want to keep it pushbike looking, not emotorbike style.
