It goes to show what you can do if you put your mind to it...
My hub motor died sept 2017 thinking it was damaged for good I purchased another, after watching a few youtube videos and a little light reading I decided to take it apart and attempt to fix it! I have limited electrical knowledge and a soldering iron what could go wrong... well nothing in fact I repaired it, put two out of three new hall sensors in and repaired a damaged wire, only costing less than £4.00 a shame really since my new motor cost £200, I now have a spare in case my handy work fails!
If anyone is interested here's how I did it.
I put it back on my bike and did 5 miles today without even a splutter!
